Teams

The AMES Amperes are split into a build side and a business side that work together towards success. The build side of the team focuses on the actual design and manufacturing of the robot where as the business side focuses on promotion, fundraising, sponsorships, organization, and basically making sure the build side has the time, place, and tools to build the robot. Each side then also has different teams designated to certain tasks. The build side includes the Electrical, Mechanical, Strategy, Programming, and the Safety teams. The business side includes the PR and Communications, Photography/Videography,  and the Digital Media teams. General members of the Amperes are welcome to be part of multiple teams and every member takes part in building the robot anyways.
